Alicia Stammer brings 20 years of experience in the field of organization development and change leadership. She has supported executives in organization design, strategic planning, culture alignment, centralization of corporate functions, mergers/acquisitions, and team effectiveness.
Prior to consulting, she led a team of learning and organization development professionals within a large healthcare system and trained leaders in the areas of coaching, mentoring, building highly effective teams, managing performance, and leading change. She also designed programs for human resource, finance, and project management professionals in the transition to internal consulting as their corporate functions moved towards strategic business partnership.

In an organization with over 60,000 employees, Alicia led the project team to offer resources, training, and consulting support to leaders and their human resource partners in utilizing analytics dashboard information to enhance and/or repair their workplace culture.
Alicia guided senior leadership in consolidating social work and case management at 40 hospitals into one unified Care Coordination department - made up of 900 employees across three states.
Alicia’s “Growing Inspired Teams” and “Teaming at Scale” offerings have been replicated as best practices across numerous organizations. Train-the-trainer courses were offered to human resource partners and corporate trainers to offer the process in their organizations.
Alicia designed and delivered the leadership development track for an executive cohort consisting of eight 3-day retreats and group projects focused on topics such as servant leadership, the common good, integral ecology, stewardship, and human flourishing.
Alicia led senior healthcare leadership to determine an integrated organizational design for non-acute services. Strategic planning sessions were held across ambulatory, post-acute, community health, and home health care business functions to ensure strategy and operations alignment with the new direction.
Alicia co-designed and co-taught five semesters of a graduate course focusing on understanding of the foundations of organizational and national culture, developing the ability to consider multiple perspectives, and designing appropriate cultural change interventions.
Alicia designed, delivered, and trained trainers in offering numerous leadership development programs, both virtual and in-person, on topics such as emotional intelligence, high performing teams, coaching, values-based leadership, conflict resolution, leading leaders, leading change, and strategic consulting.
Alicia delivered public workshops for artists and novices alike to encounter and heal negative messaging that can inhibit creativity.
